FINDING US: Our clinic is located inside the 'Forest Therapy Centre'.

PARKING: Please note that the clinic only offers pay and display on-street parking.

TRANSIT: The South Woodford Tube Station is just a 2-minute walk from our clinic, and the South Woodford Station (Stop E + Stop C) is on bus routes 179, 549, N55, and W13.

ACCESSIBILITY: Please note that our centre is not wheelchair accessible. However, toilet facilities are available.

ON ARRIVAL: To help us stay on schedule, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You can check in online at the Online Check-in system or ring the doorbell at the entrance when you arrive, and wait for the physiotherapist to let you in. Please then wait in the reception area until the physiotherapist comes to collect you for your appointment.
